If you have an issue at your location and the Support team determines that your Network Switch, POS terminals or network cabling are the issue, they will dispatch a local technician to your store. Your local Tech will arrive with a fully-stocked van ready to troubleshoot the issue with the PAR support team until your issues are resolved, allowing your team to focus on your guests.
If the PAR support Team determines that repair or replacement for covered devices is required, your local PAR Customer Experience Tech will be dispatched to your restaurant. Technicians are sent based on the priority schedule below:
