SERVICES
  • We have over 100 technicians with an average of 16 years’ experience to ensure on-time quality experience.
  • We provide preventative maintenance with each service call and proactively identify issues to minimize downtime in the future.
  • Need something in a hurry? Your local technician has everything you need, in stock and on hand to ensure you are up and running quickly.
ADVANCE
EXCHANGE
  • For all requests received by 3 pm EST, equipment will be shipped overnight on the same day, including Saturday delivery, where available by market.
  • Defective hardware should be returned in the same box replacements arrived in. As a courtesy, PAR schedules FedEx pickup 3 days after the arrival of the replacement equipment.
HOW DOES
IT WORK?

If you have an issue at your location and the Support team determines that your Network Switch, POS terminals or network cabling are the issue, they will dispatch a local technician to your store. Your local Tech will arrive with a fully-stocked van ready to troubleshoot the issue with the PAR support team until your issues are resolved, allowing your team to focus on your guests.

Field Service Coverage Details

If the PAR support Team determines that repair or replacement for covered devices is required, your local PAR Customer Experience Tech will be dispatched to your restaurant. Technicians are sent based on the priority schedule below:

cables are well-managed, terminal vents are clean and all equipment is running well.
